What €1.50 covers.
One verification, valid for 12 months.
The person takes a live photo of their ID and one selfie on their phone. On a computer, a QR code moves the step to the phone.
Dazr reads the document, compares the faces and screens the name against the EU, UN and OFAC sanctions lists.
A clean check is approved at once. When something is unsure, a person at Dazr decides, usually within one working day.
A verification is valid for 12 months. Another app pays €1.50 once when the person shares it, without new photos.
Your app receives the verified name, date of birth, nationality and the sanctions result. Document images and numbers are never shared.
What an app spends per day on verifications has a limit, €250 excl. VAT unless you change it, so costs never run away.

KYC questions.
How much does a KYC check cost?
€1.50 excl. VAT per verification, paid from your organisation’s Dazr API balance. The person never pays. Sign-in itself is free for every app and every user.
Is there a subscription or a minimum?
There is no subscription. Your organisation tops up a prepaid Dazr API balance, from €100, and each verification is taken from it. Deposits of €1,000 or more earn bonus credit.
How long is a verification valid?
12 months. When another app asks for it, the person agrees on a consent screen instead of taking new photos, and that app pays €1.50 once. Later sign-ins to an app that already received it are free.
What does the check include?
A live photo of the ID and one selfie on the person’s phone, the document read and the faces compared, and the name screened against the EU, UN and OFAC sanctions lists. A clean check is approved at once; anything unsure goes to a person at Dazr, usually within one working day.
Where is the data processed?
Dazr is an Italian company. Dazr Identity runs on servers in Germany, and the document reading, face comparison and sanctions screening are done by providers in the EU.
How does my app ask for it?
Switch it on for your app in the developer console and send acr_values=urn:dazr:person:kyc with the sign-in, or require it on every sign-in. The ID token then carries the kyc claim.
