What is checked.
One verification per organisation, which every app it shares the organisation with can rely on.
Name, status and directors from the official register where one is online, otherwise from an official extract no older than 3 months, which Dazr reads automatically.
A director or legal representative takes a live photo of a passport, ID card or residence permit and a selfie. The faces are compared, and the name must match the register.
The company and the representative are screened against the EU, UN and OFAC sanctions lists and for politically exposed persons.
Documented rules approve clear cases automatically, usually in about 10 minutes. A person at Dazr looks only when a check is not clear.
Approved organisations are screened again every day for sanctions and every 30 days for PEP status.
A report for every verification, as PDF and signed JSON, ready for your auditors.

How much does business verification cost?
€25 excl. VAT per organisation, once. The organisation pays through Mollie and gets an invoice, or your app pays for its customers from your Dazr API balance. If it stops before any ID has been checked, the payment is refunded in full.
Which companies can be verified?
Organisations in the 27 EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How long does it take?
Usually about 10 minutes after the photos, where the business register is online: Norway, Denmark, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Czechia and the United Kingdom. Elsewhere Dazr reads an official extract no older than 3 months, and a person looks when a check is not clear, usually within one working day.
Are beneficial owners checked?
No. Business verification covers the company in the register, the representative’s identity and authority, and sanctions and PEP screening of both.
What happens after approval?
Approved organisations are screened against the sanctions lists again every day and for PEP status every 30 days. Your app hears about any change by webhook.
Do I get a report?
Yes. Every verification has a signed report, as PDF and as JSON your auditors can check. The results and the report are kept for 5 years after the verification ends.
